How fast can I be live?

Most clients are fully live — website and ad campaigns — within 5–7 business days of us receiving your business info and ad account access. See the onboarding page for the exact steps.

Do I own my website?

You own your domain outright. The website design and code stay licensed for your use while you're an active client — full details (including a buyout option if you ever want the files) are in our Terms of Service.

What happens to my ad spend?

It stays on your own Facebook/Google ad account, billed directly by them. We only manage the campaigns — we never touch or hold your ad budget.

What if I need more than 3 revisions?

Additional revisions are $120/hr. "Revisions" means edits to existing pages — new pages or a full redesign gets scoped and quoted separately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with 30 days' written notice — no long-term contract. See the Terms of Service for the full cancellation and offboarding process.
